Making A Full-length Movie

We need your support to spread the word

Kickstarting Faithball Crowdfunding to Bring Aria Pictures Full-lngth Movie to Life.

Taking Control of Our Journey

It is an empowering feeling to take control of your own creative journey and trust your vision. Independent filmmaking offers so much freedom and the ability to tell the stories we want to tell, without waiting for approval from Hollywood or the industry gatekeepers.

Finding the courage to leap into such a massive undertaking was not an easy choice. Like many independent filmmakers, we were stuck in the waiting game. Not anymore. We are stepping up to take that risk and make a full-length feature film on our own terms. We know, IT IS ABOUT TIME!

A Faith-Based Action Thriller

A faith-based action thriller sounds like an exciting and powerful combination. We hope it is a genre that can captivate audiences with suspense and adrenaline while providing deeper themes of hope, redemption, and moral dilemmas. The blend of action with faith-based messaging opens up so many possibilities for emotional stakes, intense conflicts, and thought-provoking moments. It is balancing the action-packed elements with the faith-driven message that we hope will be really fun, but we know will also be a challenging part of the process.

Faithball is a story I had since I did Paint 2006. A small group of young adults and teens go play paintball at a new place deep in the woods in what they think is a National Forest, but instead go to a place on the other side of the dirt road, which is home to Vampire-type creatures. “They are not playing to win, they are praying to survive.” Faithball, unlike Chardonnay and many other of my stories is not quite "Entire Family Friendly," but has the same amount of faith-based Christian values as Chardonnay, it is just not for the under 14 age group.

With Your Help

Before we can seek and scure any financing to make the movie, we need to build a buzz and assemble a loyal fan base that wants to see this come to fruition — We Can Only Do It With your help.

We are asking you to open your hearts and you kindness and spread the word about our project on Facebook. Tell your friends, family, and co-workers — anyone and everyone you have a connection — that your friend, brother, brother's friend, friend's bother, sister's friend, sister, friend's sister, uncle, cousin, cousin's friend, friend of a friend, someone you heard about — whatever the connection — is making a really cool full-length movie that you want to see and we need their help spreading the word even more.

Once the word has been spread, the buzz is electric, and a loyal fan-base is assembled we can offer everyone the option to join the production team and help finance the film through our Crowdfunding Campaign.

Crowdfunding Campaign

With a loyal fan base wanting to see the movie made it gives us the reason to go to the next step which is to secure funding which is an exciting (if sometimes daunting) part of the journey — a part that we have not visited often or at this extent in our filmmaking careers. We are hopeful that there are multiple ways to approach fundraising for an independent feature, especially one with a unique angle like a faith-based action thriller.

With our Crowdfunding Campaign, there is going to be many varied levels of support with unique and exciting perks for those looking to go beyond the typical credits and copy. Possible items being discussed are: Invite to the wrap party, Invite to the Big Premiere — with or without the dinner party afterward, securing a crew position in training like an intership, assistant to the director position, signed screenplay by all actors and crew (rare), spot at the initial table read to help with the action portion, and a possible on-camera acting position either a role or walk on just to name a few of the unique opportunities to be a part of the film.
